Another record setting year: Mutual Publishing

editions of cookbooks by Muriel Miura, remembered for her nationally televised cooking
shows from the 1970s, New World of Cooking with Muriel Miura and Cook Japanese. |

Mutual Publishing begins "partner-publishing," releasing
Betty Shimabukuro's By Request, which raised over $10,000 for the Institute
of Human Services. A record-setting 540,000 Mutual books are sold - the third consecutive
year of over 500,000 copies sold! Mutual now has published over 500 titles. |
